Bolany MTB Fork for XC AM Cycling

BOLANY is the brand of this product, which features an aluminum alloy shoulder and a magnesium alloy fork leg. The inner tube measures 32mm, and the axle is 9*100mm. The structure utilizes pneumatic shock absorption, with a head tube diameter of 28.6 mm and a 1.1/8" straight tube. The size options are 27.5 inches and 29 inches.

The front fork offers both shoulder lock and wire lock functionalities. The exposed stroke is 120mm, while the actual downward pressure stroke is 100mm. This front fork is suitable for XC (Cross Country) and AM (All Mountain) applications.

In terms of weight, the 27.5" version weighs 1680G with shoulder control, and the 29" version weighs 1750G. The wire control models weigh 1730G (27.5") and 1800G (29"). The front fork carton itself weighs 500G, and the actual parcel weight will be the front fork weight plus the carton weight.

The integrated arch bridge structure provides pneumatic shock absorption, shock mitigation, and enhanced stability for the front fork. The A-pillar disc brake is compatible with 160 discs, and 180 and 203 discs can be used after employing a converter.

The Teflon sliding sleeve effectively reduces inner tube friction, resulting in zero resistance, high moisture resistance, and low noise. The inner tube coating utilizes the same FOX Casmar coating process, providing stronger hardness and resistance to discoloration.

Internally, the front fork is equipped with a sponge oil seal, which has stronger oil absorption, resulting in reduced oil usage and a cleaner overall front fork system.
